The Stoelting House is a community facility and is available to reserve to anyone that lives or works within the city and must be 18 years or older. There is a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator and stove/oven, living room, dining room and an enclosed porch. Seating capacity is approximately 50 people .
Reservations at the Stoelting House can be made up to 15 months in advance.
It shall be the responsibility of the applicant to clean all floor areas, facilities, appliances, chairs and tables. The applicant agrees to pay additional fees for damages or extra time to clean and restore facilities.
The Stoelting House should be used for meetings, family reunions, bridal or baby showers, etc. It can not be used for selling products, for example, Tupperware, candles, home decorations, etc.
No admission fee shall be collected for any activity and no sale, admission fee, donations, contribution or other charge shall be collected when intoxicating liquor or fermented malt beverages are consumed.
The Stoelting House must be cleaned, vacated and locked by 11 pm.

The applicant must sign an agreement approximately one month prior to the reserved date. This is done at the Kiel City Hall at 621 Sixth Street.
