Kiel Ambulance Service - EMS Position (ongoing recruitment):
Works under the direction of the City Fire Department’s EMS Director. The position(s) are part time and hours assigned will reflect part time employment, hourly (nonexempt).

Community News Updates...

It has been brought to our attention that some utility bills have not been delivered this month. If you would like to know the balance of your utility account, request a copy of your bill, or have any questions, please call the Utility Office at 894-2909 ext. 103.

City of Kiel Revaluation
The City of Kiel is undergoing a complete revaluation of all assessment records for 2019. The new assessments will be done by Joe and Paul Denor of Fair Market Assessments. Fair Market Assessments have been handling the assessment duties for the City since 2002.
By October all residents have received at least one letter asking to schedule an appointment for the revaluation.  During the winter months appointments will no longer be scheduled.  If you have not yet called for an appointment please wait for another letter in Spring.

Notice: The Walking Trail east of Hwy 67 (behind Lana's Pet Grooming) will be closed beginning Oct. 1st 2018 until Mid June 2019.

Park bathroom closures: All Park bathroom are now closed for the winter month.

The City of Kiel’s winter parking restrictions (Ord. # 7.04) begin November 15th, 2018 and run until March 15th, 2019
During this time, parking on city streets/alleys is prohibited between 2:00am – 6:00am.
If you need to park on the street overnight, you can call our Police Department’s non-emergency number 920-894-2211 (Press 9 at prompt) and request permission to do so.

The City Drop Off Site:
Located at 414 Eighth Steet, is closed for the season.

Fall Strong Women/ Strong Bodies Schedule:
Classes will resume on Jan. 8th, 2019

Tae Kwon Do Class: will resume in January 2019

VFW Memorial Bricks: Purchase a brick to honor or remember a Veteran. Bricks will be place in Veteran’s Park, Kiel. All bricks are 6” x 12” and are $50. Order forms available on the Citizen Information page under the VFW Memorial Brick tab.

Pickle Ball is played at the City Hall Gym: Wednesday 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm, Thursday 8 am to 11 am and Sat. 9:30 am to 12:30 pm
