The City of Kiel is undergoing a complete revaluation of all assessment records for 2019. The new assessments will be done by Joe and Paul Denor of Fair Market Assessments. Fair Market Assessments have been handling the assessment duties for the City since 2002.
By October all residents have received at least one letter asking to schedule an appointment for the revaluation. During the winter months appointments will no longer be scheduled. If you have not yet called for an appointment please wait for another letter in Spring.
