Strong Women/Strong Bodies

Spring/ Summer Strong Women/ Strong Bodies Schedule:
What does the program consist of?

The program consists of a short warmup followed by strength training with free weights and ends with a balance exercise and stretching.
Who would benefit and why? 
The StrongBodies/StrongWomen program is based on years of research on how strength training and proper nutrition improve the health of people of all ages.  “Strength is a critical factor In living healthier, more active lives.  Our research shows that a program of strength training not only improves bone density but reduces falls, improves arthritis symptoms, and increases flexibility and strength,” states Dr Nelson.  The program is appropriate for both sedentary and active people.

Class begins for another 8 week session on April 5th, 2018-May 31st, 2018. Tues and Thursdays.
9 am- 10:10 Strongwomen
10:30-11:40 StrongBodies
6 pm-7:10 StrongBodies
June 19th through August 16th Tues. and Thurs. 9 am classes only offered
Please note: StrongBodies class is a women's and men's mixed class.
Suggested fee is $10.00 for the 10 week session.

Tae Kwon Do Classes

Tae Kwon Do Classes:
Thursdays July 12th to Aug. 23rd (no class Aug. 9th)
Held at the Kiel City Hall Gym
from 5pm to 6pm

Cost is $30.00 for the six week session
Open to ages 5yrs. to adult
